Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for accurate addresses, contact information, cargo descriptions, access instructions, and special handling notes.
Rejected or restricted cargo
Unsafe, illegal, hazardous, leaking, oversized, improperly packaged, or unsuitable cargo may be declined before or during dispatch review.
Final pricing and scheduling
Final pricing, delivery availability, cancellation details, and service instructions are confirmed directly by dispatch before service begins.
Communication standard
Ben & Dine aims to communicate clearly about pickup details, delivery expectations, delays, and route changes. Customers should remain reachable at the phone number or email submitted with the request.

The dashboard, Google login, contact forms, cookie preferences, and AI Dispatch Assistant are provided to make requests easier. These tools support dispatch review but do not replace final human confirmation.
