Use the contact form, Get Quote button, or AI Dispatch Assistant. Share pickup location, delivery location, cargo type, timing, and contact information.
What information do you need before pricing a delivery?
We need pickup and drop-off addresses, item description, item size or weight if known, preferred pickup time, delivery deadline, and any special handling notes.
Can businesses create repeat delivery requests?
Yes. Businesses can submit recurring route needs, warehouse pickup schedules, retail delivery needs, or customer drop-off requests for review.
Can I use the dashboard for faster requests?
Yes. After signing in with Google, customers can use the dashboard to send cleaner delivery requests with pickup, drop-off, cargo, timing, and notes in one workspace.
Is submitting a request the same as booking a confirmed delivery?
No. A request starts the review process. Dispatch confirms availability, pricing, timing, and final instructions before a delivery is accepted.

What type of cargo do you transport?
We transport boxed freight, furniture, appliances, retail orders, business supplies, warehouse items, and cargo van appropriate shipments.
Do you transport furniture?
Yes. We can review furniture delivery requests for desks, chairs, tables, shelves, home goods, showroom pieces, and similar cargo van loads.
Do you transport appliances?
Yes, many small and mid-size appliances can be reviewed. The item must fit safely in the cargo van and be suitable for transport.
Do items need to be packaged?
Whenever possible, items should be boxed, wrapped, strapped, or prepared for safe transport. Dispatch may ask for photos or details before confirming.
Can I send photos of the items?
Yes. Photos are helpful for furniture, appliances, bulky items, and warehouse freight because they help dispatch understand size and handling needs.
What items are not accepted?
Unsafe, illegal, hazardous, leaking, improperly packaged, oversized, or prohibited items may be declined. Dispatch reviews each request before acceptance.

Can I change my delivery details after submitting a request?
Yes, but changes may affect pricing, schedule, and availability. Contact dispatch as soon as possible with updated information.
What happens if the pickup is not ready?
Dispatch may need to adjust timing, add waiting time, reschedule, or cancel the request depending on the situation and route availability.
How do I get the fastest response?
Include full pickup and delivery addresses, cargo type, preferred timing, best phone number, and any stairs, loading dock, elevator, or gate code notes.

It collects pickup location, delivery location, item type, delivery timing, and contact information so dispatch can review your request.
Does the AI assistant confirm final pricing?
No. It collects information only. Final pricing and availability are confirmed by Ben & Dine dispatch after review.
Where does the AI report go?
After the chat is completed, the report is sent to bendinetruckingllc@gmail.com for quote review.
Should I enter private information in the AI chat?
No. Do not submit payment card numbers, bank details, government IDs, passwords, or sensitive private information through the chat.
Can I change my answers after using the AI assistant?
Yes. Contact dispatch with updated information, or submit a new form if pickup, delivery, cargo, timing, or contact details changed.
